We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, with tags

In its original packaging

Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Please note, items sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us straight away. We’ll assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned

Exchanges
Need something else? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to finalise the refund.
