Saltwater Sorrento Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Shipping Methods
We offer both domestic and international shipping.  All orders are shipped via Australia Post. In some cases, we may use a courier service depending on your location or delivery requirements.

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times will also be provided at checkout.

Click & Collect
We offer Click & Collect from our Sorrento store at 153–155 Ocean Beach Road, Sorrento VIC 3943.
In most cases, your order will be ready for collection on the same day — you’ll receive an email notification when it’s ready to pick up.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Saltwater Sorrento is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
